Ashley has acquired several observing certifications which have allowed her to collect over 200 seadays. She is a Northeast Fisheries At-Sea Monitor, Electronic Monitoring Reviewer, Protected Species Observer, and a Dockside Monitor. She also fills the role of Assistant Northeast Fisheries Area Observer Coordinator.
