Ashley began her career with Fathom Resources in 2021 as an At-Sea Monitor, and has grown to fill numerous roles since. She also holds certifications as an Electronic Monitoring Reviewer, Dockside Monitor, and Protected Species Observer, which have allowed her to accrue almost a full year of seadays. Ashley currently serves as Fathom’s Lead Northeast Fisheries Area Observer Coordinator.
